How will advertisers receive the leads?
        Leads from form submissions are sent to a Google sheet.
        Advertisers can get notifications using via Google Sheet notification settings to receive an email when new leads are submitted.
        Tech savvy advertisers can receive leads in CRMs by using Zapier “New Spreadsheet Row” trigger along with “Create Lead” action which is available for most  popular CRMs. For example:

How can advertisers measure their performance?
      Advertisers will be able to segment by click type to see clicks, cpc, CTR, and cost
        In order to calculate cost-per-lead, the advertiser will need to divide the cost during a specified time period (available in the account) with the number of leads captured (available in Google Sheets) within the same time period.
        Advertisers will also get gclid in the lead sheet, and can use this to set up offline conversion tracking

Please follow the below steps (Starting week of Aug 13 until Sept 3):

  1. Create a Google sheet to access the leads
        Go to drive.google.com
        Create a new empty spreadsheet
        Note: Title doesn’t matter for the sake of the pilot. Enter whatever title you prefer
        Share the spreadsheet with formfillads@system.gserviceaccount.com
        In step (2), you’ll enter the URL of this sheet in the AWN Labs tab
        Note: This email alias is a machine to connect the Google account to the sheet. No other individual(s) will have access to sheet data as a result of sharing.

  1. Set up the extension and form in Labs
        Click “Labs” on the left side bar and select “Form Ads
        Enter an extension text [30 characters]. The extension text should encourage people to fill the form. 
        Note: extension text will not always show on the ad unit.
        Select a preferred call to action from one of the following options:
        “Get Quote”, “Learn More”, “Apply Now”, “Sign Up”
        Enter form headline [30 characters]
        Enter business name [25 characters]
        Enter form description to help explain your product or service [200 characters]
        Choose the fields you’d like users to fill:
        Name, Phone Number, Email. Advertiser can choose 1 and up to a max of 3.
        Upload an image [16:9 ratio and 1200x968 pixels]
        Enter description for the Thank you screen [200 characters]
        Choose campaigns to attach the extension to
        Paste the URL of the Google sheet that was shared with shared with “formfillads@system.gserviceaccount.com” (Step 1)
